Cadet and Fitness Programs

                                                    

Our cadet programs are not style specific and are appropriate for any type of martial arts school or program.

The Tracking and Progression Charts and Grade Specific Workbooks are made available to certified instructors and homeschool subscribers and are required to properly use the online training videos.

The videos on our site are of the individual components of our program. In order to understand, implement, and operate this program effectively, you will need to train and become certified as a BMA Cadet Instructor and be educated on how to conduct our program. Implemented properly school owners and students can enjoy up to 14 years (28 semesters) of training to develop students to enter their schools authentic adult programs. School owners can also enjoy a life-long BMA Fitness program with members from ages 13 years old and up that desire to be physically fit for years of continued service. (Unlimited semesters)

The Blackstone Martial Arts Cadet  and the Blackstone Martial Arts Fitness programs are curriculum geared for age appropriate exercises, drills, games, and character lessons in order to prepare children and youth to enter an authentic martial arts program. Our program is designed to prepare children and youth to be physically fit, mentally strong, spiritually prepared. We seek to produce respectful, obedient, and mature students prepared for success in all areas of life. The exercise portion of our Cadet Program are based on the “U.S. Official Physical Fitness Program” established by then President John F. Kennedy and the President’s Council on Physical Fitness.

The Skills and Drills portion of our programs are martial arts basics and drills from many different martial arts training disciplines that aim to prepare the cadet for a life time of martial arts training and development.

Junior Martial Arts Cadet program is for ages 4-7:

  • Pre School Classes  Classes held 2 days a week
  • 1st and 2nd Grade Classes held 3 days a week
  • 45 minutes each 

Martial Arts Cadet program is for ages 8-12:

  • Classes held 5 days a week
  • 60 minutes each

Blackstone Martial Arts Fitness program is for ages 13 and up:

  • Classes held 5 days a week
  • 60 minutes each
