Exercises:

Bend and Stretch, Knee Lifts, Wing Stretch, Half Knee Bend, Arm Circles, Body Bender, Prone Arch, Push Ups, Head Shoulder Curl, Ankle Stretch/Toe Raises

Cardio:

Walk/March in Place, Jumping Jacks, Jump Rope

Balance:

Stand on one foot

Bags:

Punch/Kick Bag

Concludes Junior Cadet Level Requirements

Level 1 Junior Cadet Coach Certification

Cardio:

Walk/March in Place, Jumping Jacks, Jump Rope

Balance:

Punch/Kick Bag

Bonus Training:

Pull Ups, Chin Ups, Parallel Bar Hold, Parallel Bar Dips, Heavy Bag Drag, Heavy Bag Lift and Carry, Speed bag, Ground Pound Punch/Hammer Fist, Ground Pound Elbow, Push Ups (Incline, Ironman, Tiger Claw, Back of Wrist), Jump Rope (Reverse, Doubles, Crossovers), Ground Work (Shrimping, Plank, Bridge, Inverted Bicycle), High Jump, Broad Jump, Side Straddle, Toe Touch Pike, Toe Touch Splits, Tuck Roll, Forward Shoulder Roll, Back Shoulder Roll, Cart Wheel (both side)

Demonstrate ability to follow and lead available “Skills and Drills”

Concludes Cadet and FITNESS Level Requirements

Level 2 Cadet and FITNESS Coach Certification

To be officially recognized as a BMA Cadet program in good standing the coach must be a subscriber as a “Cadet Leader” at a minimum. In doing so their class would be listed on the BMA Website as a registered BMA Cadet class.
