GM Robert Blackstone<\/strong>\u00a0is a\u00a09^{th<\/sup> Dan black belt<\/strong> under GM Wayne Carman of the International T.C.B. Karate & Martial Arts Association. Robert has over 45 years<\/strong> of experience in many disciplines of martial arts. \u00a0He started training under GM Kang Rhee October 12, 1978 with the PaSaRyu Karate, Kung Fu, and Tae Kwon Do Association. He earned his 5th Dan under GM Kang Rhee December 28, 1986. \u00a0He earned his 9th Dan under GM Wayne Carman November 15, 2015. Robert founded the Shiloh Martial Arts Association In 1992.
